Using the Vodder Method of MLD, this gentle, rhythmic technique supports your body's natural healing systems by stimulating lymph flow. Ideal for reducing swelling, improving immune function, and calming the nervous system. It is especially beneficial for post-surgical healing (with medical clearance) or during times of inflammation or fatigue. The treatment is performed directly on the skin, and you will remain professionally draped throughout. This is a very light-touch technique and not a deep massage, though its effects are deeply therapeutic, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced. Please book 90 minutes for full body treatment. While this modality is benefical the immune system, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing infection or fever.

This service begins with light, rhythmic lymphatic drainage techniques to decongest tissues and promote fluid flow. Followed with soothing massage of the face and neck, including buccal massage - a technique that involves internal and external massage of the mouth to ease tension in the jaw. Please note: Clients should wait six weeks post Botox or fillers, and ten weeks post surgery. Not appropriate for those with active acne or skin infections.
